Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, sellable, condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please send us a photo on the same day of delivery to arrange a replacement. Please send clear photo(s) to email@example.com
We cannot be held responsible for damages which are the fault of the recipient or their family/friends etc.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. As per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we can not accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene rules (such as food or drink products & accessories, including tap filters where the hygiene seal has been broken, toothbrushes and intimate or sanitary goods) or personalised items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account.
Then contact your card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially debited. There is often some processing time at the bank before a refund is debited.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our decision is final.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own sending costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivering your item will be deducted from your refund. If your delivery was free, then 5% or £1(whichever is largest) will be deducted from your refund to cover warehouse re-stocking fees.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service for everyone's peace of mind as no one can guarantee that we will receive your returned item via your chosen delivery service, that's the responsibility of buyer + the delivery service until it reaches us.
