Delivery

Our goal is to give you the best customer service experience including tracked delivery, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness and transparency to you at all times.

Our turnaround time is 5-7 working days, 9 times out of 10 you will have your order within 5 days but because we're a small family run business working around and supporting a young family and home educating it can take closer to 7 days and very rarely a little bit longer if we've had many orders. We also do our delivery runs in batches to be as eco friendly as possible.

We do believe in being transparent with you about this and hope that you agree with this decision to bring you the best value and service rather than using expensive warehouses and couriers that collect and send items individually creating more pollution for the planet. Orders placed on the weekend and national bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

If you do need something urgently please email us before you order and we can help (express delivery charges would apply in this instance).
